Strut Brace Bar - Worth it or not?

Hey guys, i was wondering what the advantages of a Strut bar really were, and if you think they are worth getting at all?

I found a brand new, never used on on Craigslist for $50, It normally goes for $110. Wondering if ya think its worth it and do they just stop body role and worth the hassel at all?

I already have some suspension work done so not sure if it would help more or not make a difference and just be added weight. Any thoughts or opinions are much appreciated. Thanks guys. - Joe.

The more support you can put on these cars the better, stut tower brace sub frame connectors, roll cage, anything is better then stock

Ok, well i have sub frame connectors, lowering springs, stiffer shocks/struts. Poly bushings (all) I didnt know if it would really help or only very little ad support. I was just curious Thanks for the reply i appreciate it.

Do these bars really just help with turning corners and over steer then correct?

Think its worth it for my car? Thanks guys for the help and opinions. - Joe.

the braces help with hard cornering, yes they are worth it and for 50 bucks why not, unless u have some big block engine that it wouldnt fit i cant see why not to have one
