He might understand what your saying, but I don't. What Is the reasoning behind you being dead seat on getting the #8 cylinder reading? 7>8, not technically, but right now it's the truth. The wideband belongs about 5 inches or so behind that turbo. It will get good reading of both banks.

went to a mustang shop yesterday, some dude who is turbod, was telling me, instead of running wideband off downpipe like everyone, (u will get reading of AFR on all 8 cylinders)

run it off the 8th cylinder primary to get a reading of thr AFR on the leanest cylinder and tune off of that...safer

How is monitering 1 cylinder over 7 safer when knowingly that it runs lean? Turbo kits would have the bungs welded there if it were proper.

I get what your saying, but saying the number 8 cylinder runs leaner is common knowledge and nothing new. There is a reason we run the bung on the down pipe. You need to measure whats going on in a majority of the cylinders. Not to mention, idk how on greens earth, the sensor would fit in that side of the bay.

Been there with the TF tall valve covers with my Track intake. Had the nitrous plate (3/4 inch) plus a 3/8 spacer and still had to oval one the top throttle bracket hole out just a hair to get it to clear. Sold those valve covers to my buddy, who just chopped up his bracket a little to get it to work with his 1" spacer. I believe he was running the same valve covers that you have when he had to hack his bracket up.
