hello there i just bought an 87 gt vert. it was mainly stock i got a mac or h pipe, bbk shortie headers, black magic fan. flow pro mufflers. mallory 6al ignition box. msd blaster 2 coil. i have a couple of questions one me and my friend put gaskets on the top end, and then i got the intake itch, what a inexpensive route to go there. also i know im gonna run an e303 cam. what other bolt ons should i get to get me a little quicker? i would like to get heads but that will be next winters buy as they are a lil pricey thanks alot

Nothing does the body good like a good cam. Make sure the cam will work with your current heads. I got lucky and all I needed was stronger springs. It's an 87 so I assume it's EFI.

An Edelbrock Victor Jr intake will work swell if you had a carb'd setup. For EFI I always see people yacking and smacking on about trickflow.

Like I said, i'd not an EFI guy but trickflows are pretty swell. I have a stage II cam by them.

WHAT!?!? You can get some GT40 heads for like 200 bucks/PAIR. But let's get your car in working order. He's naming off parts "each" not a set.

For $678/PAIR you can get some nice Aluminum or Cast Iron heads for that price from Pro Topline - 1-800-270-0095. They make racing heads but those are great even while crusing down the street, smoking indo, sippin on gin and juice, laid back with yo mind on your money and your money... going towards a single turbo

I have a pair of those heads and i will say they best trickflow and AFR. Matter of fact, these heads have the same or very very close specs and any other brand and work very smooth. Everyone's calling out trickflow because they are the top of the line and so called "best you can get" but for that price and the specs, these heads work just as good or even better
