Duel belt driven superchargers

This is just a shot in the dark guys don't make fun of me...

I want curious if anyone's seen a duel super charger setup belt driven. Reason asking is because I wanted to experiement and see if that's virtually possible but which I don't see why not. I would just stick one on one side and the other on the other side, aget me a bigger belt, run to the weld shop for some custom piping and that's that (I have no computer ECU crap so really... that's that ) LOL

Well, what you guys think?

Cool, I was wondering because I planned on doing that myself being all I needc is the superchargers. Now I'm not going going for the powerdyne or those 4,000 dollar chargers, I'm just going to the junkhouse to get it,

Good question. never seen it before. andI have seen some shit. I'm a former import guru... lol. Shouldn't be any different than runnin twin hair dryers. Equal boost, internal gears, pulley size, RPM band, etc. will have to mirror one another

i might be wrong on this but i think putting two belt driven superchargers on will take more more from the belt drives of the engine to be efficent. It may gain more HP than just one but for the price a twin turbo would be cheaper.

Why would you want to run 2 superchargers and put that much more stress on the crank. A single is plenty. Just get one that is capable of making the horsepower you are looking to make.

Yep - I've seen a 2x Paxton on a 427 Cobra. One of Jay Leno's cars now I believe.

superchargers are way more expencive and there easier to install but you dont get that much power from, cause it uses power to make power
where a turbo is cheaper but harder to install and well worth it and you gain more power because it doesnt use much power which is backpressure
TURBO ALL THE WAY!!
