you can use a 95 cobra motor in a 90 but should use the accessories from the 90. the under vs. over i do not know top of head. give me a minute to do a search.

the water pump, a.c., power steer, and all can be moved from 1 long block to another.
the belt goes over the water pump but i can't seem to get a picture of routing into post for you. |

hmmm, im wondering what size belt i will need for a/c and smog deleted, but keeping power steering.
I was just going to run some string around the pulleys and go buy a belt, but if someone knows that would be great.
