engines are pretty much the same but the front accessories are not. 94-95 are a reverse rotation.

Ok its a good thing you mentioned about the water pump thing, cause im trying to get an engine from a 95 cobra. so would the belt have to go under intsead of over or vice versa?

Great choice of motor but you will have to get a smog pump elm bracket to delete

you can use a 95 cobra motor in a 90 but should use the accessories from the 90. the under vs. over i do not know top of head. give me a minute to do a search.

the water pump, a.c., power steer, and all can be moved from 1 long block to another.
the belt goes over the water pump but i can't seem to get a picture of routing into post for you. |

This might get more help in the sn95 section if that is the engine your are talking about.

hmmm, im wondering what size belt i will need for a/c and smog deleted, but keeping power steering.
I was just going to run some string around the pulleys and go buy a belt, but if someone knows that would be great.
