Throw out Bearing?? Help...

so the other day getting on the interstate noticed a knocking sound start coming from around my transmission..so i drove back home..its been doing it now for the past 2 days i haven't drove the car much at all. Not sure if its something as simple as the TOB, or what it could be..i also made a video of it to maybe try and give you guys an idea..it'll also get stuck in gear..sometimes which it does in the video as well.

Sounds like TOB to me. Hopefully nothing internal
