Could be alot of things fuel,air,maf,tps need more details

sorry guys its a 5 speed basiclly stock motor it doesent happen all the time but some times ill be pulling up to a light or somthing and the rpms drop very low around 500 and it will stay running sometimes it just stalls

have you tried pulling off the iac and cleaning it with carb cleaner?

This happened in my jeep. It could be that the )2 sensors are reading that it's running rich, so it cuts back the fuel supply, which cuts the car off.

Could be something else though...

its the thing on the throttlebody that looks like a little hair spray can with an electric plug going into it, 2 bolts hold it on

How does your fuel pump sound? Does it sound like it's RPM's drop also, I had one dropping pressure after a run on the highway and the ground was corroded causing the pump to slow down enough.

Fuel pump sounds good. The car idles fine somtimes just after gettin on it and comin to a light it usually happens maybe a vaccum issue?
