Reprogrammable ECM?
So I have been doing some searching and I get the impression that there are reprogrammable ECM's out there for boosted mustangs... I'm thinking this is the way to go for tuning. Which brand of ECM is most recommended? Do i have to take it to a dyno everytime or can I plug a laptop into it and tweek it myself? If i'm way off base here let me know...
