There are both kits and junkyard swaps.
I'd be shocked if a search didn't return a few threads on the topic, though.

i did a 5 lug conversion on my car i used 95 mustang gt.

No it shouldnt i would use this time to upgrade you axles though i went with 31 spline axles and i would also change the gears if you want those different.
