Usually with airflow issues with radiators, only airflow helps.

You could make sure the rubber air-dam thingy under the core support is on too.

The only option you have I would think that would allow you to keep your ac condenser and shit where it is would be to mount an intercooler like the procharger one's.
It basically mounts below the radiator like that rubber flap piece and is angled. I'd suggest that you tack weld some kind of small scoop onto the ic core though so it'll grab more air. |
