Check engine woes...

Hello folks,

I have a 94 stang that had a check engine light on. I got i scanned, it said it was the MAF sensor. I cleaned it, put it back in, didn't work. So i took it to a shop. The guy said he had to make a whole new harness for the MAF because the old one was trash, and he put a new sensor in it. I don't know how much of that was true, but it seemed to work at the time. I got the car back and it was good for about a month. NOW the check engine light comes on sporadically. it never stays on. it will come on when i am cruising and then go off 5 seconds later. Will the computer store the reading? I was told it may be a bad ground for the harness, but when it comes to electrical i don't know a damn thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

sound like an intermittent problem,if the check engine light comes on it should store a hard code in the computer,ps.i like your wheels
