My best 60 foot was a 1.883 but with a crappy launch and many problems with the car and very rich tune. Wasn't aware that the wideband was fouled

Why wouldn't ya wanna swap over parts from the Talon? The 1g bov would work at least if ya have that, or heck, even the 2g for that matter since it doesn't really hold too much boost anyway and you'd stay at a safe boost level.

Are you saying you'd wanna swap over your tranny?!?!?!?

Personally, I don't see just those mods you're talking about getting you anywhere near 400 horsepower on an n/a 5.0 motor. Personally, I'm not sure why it is that you're wanting a Mustang (for sound, power, or what) but if it's to go fast, I'm thinkin you already have a great car to make ya go fast for cheap. I know guys that have just added a boost controller, intake, and exhaust and have hit 12's...very rare of course though. But it really doesn't take much to go fast in them. Only reason I'm getting a V8 is cause of forced induction.

Talons are pretty cool cars... There are a few guys in my area that have them and run low to mid 10's all day long and drive them just about every day... I think they are pretty cool..

Im just sick of my car AWD has lots its charm with me and I want to have a car to have some fun in, aka a RWD car...ive always just loved mustangs the body, engine, and the sound of a muscle car is just amazing I know my car is going to be faster then a stock 5.0 or a 5.0 with some bolt ons but the point is I like the mustang alot better anyways its not all about speed, cant drive fast anyways because im on probation for speeding so any ticket and my license is gone so its more just enjoying the ride and everything. Heres some pics of my Talon

Enjoy

ttsrg, open a photobucket account or something and post the pics there. Then you can take the link from the picture that the website gives you and you paste it here and it'll work just fine.

Make sure the car wasn't driven in the winter and has a new paint job hiding problems. That's a fair price in my opinion. Look in the Auto Trader and you'll see pieces of junk for 7k,
