94 ford mustang surges at idle and cuts out when push gas

I cant find the problem. Replaced mas, fuel pressure regulator, distributor,plugs, wires, cap, o2 sensor,and it still runs like crap.
I have taken to several different mechanics and fixed everthing they said
was wrong with it. It is not giving me any codes. It all started when the screw came out of the distributor cap and broke the pickup coil. Does anybody know
what the problem might be?

It idles about 700 rpm but after you drive it for about 30 mins it runs better

Check ur fuel filter.

i just went through this last week, follow the list might aswell what do you have to lose ? and ya check the fuel filter

changed the filter already and my fuel pressure is ok
