my back seats weighed 30lbs and all of the sound deadening from the entire car is about 16lbs s0 far so your number is a little off

it doesent look like the back of mine is exactly the same as yours the 2 round parts with the covers to access the tops of the shocks look alil different do u think they are or is it just my eyes?

I think they should be exactly the same as far as the kit is concerned but I'm not sure. Put up a pic so I can get a look at it.

P.S. If someone knows for a fact please chime in. Also I'd like to know if there's any difference in the four eyed mustangs (as far as the kit is concerned)

87-93 sound dedner 22 lbs*

I thought i had more listings I guess i lost them. :| I know the tar paper is like 23, and lx seats are 36lbs each.

Yea but it took forever because my dad didn't let me use power tools and now there's no seats for my back up singers....

dude, i dont own a fox but a 96 and i have bought one of those delete kits from stang mods i think it was, i tell ya what, just under 19lbs is a huge diff compared to regular ones you can buy, i swear if felt just as heavy as the rear seat itself.....now man....you could have yourself a nice lil deal with making this stuff for all these guys....and oh by sound deadening, what do you mean, like what stuff...?

Yea that's why I thought I'd give it a shot. I think their kits that look like mine weigh like 50-60 lbs. So your pretty much spending money and time to take out your seats to add weight to your car.

By sound deadening I mean the thick padding under the carpet and the tar paper.

i bought the seat delete kit e3sean made for his 88 and put it in my 93 and it never did fit perfect around the edges but it fit good enough for me

ok since were on all this, i have a 96 and i have tried doin the rear seat which never fit properly... but one of thing i have always wondered, wtf am i supposed to do bout the hooks that the back part of the seat connects to...i mean idk, its been over a year since i have messed with it, but just doesnt make any sense to me.
