I know they agree in range, just wondering about the tendency toward the lower setting?
I know everyone says as close to .95-0.99 as possible. I've read elsewhere that it is not that sensitive and looking at some of the internal workings of the EEC4 years ago I came to my own conclusion that it is not really that sensitive either and also within the tolerance of most peoples volt meters. Right or wrong, either 0.95 or 1.0 +/-0.1 is a good setting.

Idle just doesn't want to run very good below 1,000RPM -about the lowest I can get it, much lower and it acts like it's starved out and then dies.

From what I understand the computer doesn't pick up idle until the voltage drops below 1 volt.
