How to figure out the T5 trany numbers
Hello all!
As I start here.. YES.. I did a search for this on here.. but didnt find anything. I bought a T5 trany off of EBAY from an 88 GT Mustang...then I bought the highly suggested steel collar for the throwout bearing. I am looking at the original one (on the trany from ebay) and it is different (has a collar of about 1.5 to 2 inches of raised metal). I know I have seen them before, however I cant seem to find them now... the ever elusive T5 trany decoder sites. Can someone steer me in the right direction? Thanks! ![]()
