What is the difference between these clutch kits?

What is the difference between the king cobra clutch kit and a Spec stage 1 clutch kit? This would be for a 1990 Mustang lx 5.0 mildly modded. Any other suggestions would help.

Thanks,
Zack

Do you have a stock T5? If so stick with a stock replacement clutch kit as it will help the trans live longer. RAM stock replacement kits are nice. I've used many of them over the years.

Its still a T5, they are all weak. No matter how old or new it is I wouldn't use anything besides a stock replacement clutch. The trans will live longer.
