Wipers, instrument lights, interior lights

Hey guys, my wipers, interior lights, and instrument lights arent working. I checked the fuses and all are good. I was wondering if there is another fusebox I may have missed, or if there are possible relays somewhere for these. Also, how would I go about checking the connection on these? I need to do so in order to pass inspection. Thanks.

Check that things are plugged in.. I know you think that was a cheap shot but beleive me... The Super sized dumbo who had my car last had unplugged the waswer motor, wiper motor and did some funky ghetto setup with the lights and I had to start plugging and fixing shit.

I check the connections to the wiper motor, and i found everything is connected and has power. Also all fuses are good. Im guessing the motor is no good.

I fixed the interior lights, that was a simple fix.

The instrument panel is whats giving me the problem. I took the whole dash out, to see what was going on. All plugs are connected, and I believe they all have power. I did notice 2 sockets were missing, could that be a problem? Remember, nothing on the dash lights except for the brake light. Could the dimmer switch be a problem maybe?

oh and the horn doesnt work either.

Could be, some manufactuers purposly make extra plugs like for example, two same model mustangs but one comes with fog light and the other doesen't. But if you look under the won't that don't have any, it does have the plugs with the light covers just in case you do want to add em.

You could to this, use an ohm meter and go through all the wires and make sure the hot wires are getting power to them. Starting with your motor from hot wire. If it's got power while you have it plugged in, make sure your ground it ok, if so, dead motor. Same for the other stuff, if you have power on the wire while plugged in then something fishy needs to be replaced.
