piston question


Im looking at the 1,000,000 configurations that i could build out of a 306 block i have obtained....one question i had was how many psi could i run (without blowing the thing up) with flat topped pistons?

why are you using flat tops and planning boost?

i havent even had the block magnifluxed yet....and no i wasnt necessarily thinking about flat topped, i was toying back and forth between running a higher compression or just supercharging it...

the kit i was looking at is from dss....331, forged all around, -13cc dish, afr 165's and about a 10psi sc...

Whatever you heard is most likely wrong, get the 347 and don't go with dss
