460 swap wiring help!!
ok. i have a 93 lx mustang. orginally a 4cylinder. i got a 1978-79 460 with a c6 tranny. i need to know how to wiring up the ignition. im not using an msd im using the 460 factory ignition box.... can any one give me detailed info on how to tie the wiring into the chassi harness( the harness that exits the firewall on driver side)

come on so no buddy know how to wire in a duraspack ignition to a fox body??~!!

AHH thank you jet "eye"master! lol. google is touchy with wording and what not. i put obd0 to duraspark wiring, conversion. 460 to obdo wiring, and so forth. nothing. belive me. im not one not to search on my own before i ask...

so on that diagram the ONLY wire that i actually got to tie into the FOX body harness is the "pink wire from the FOX body harness and that ties into the red wire from the ignition box and ties into the brownish/redish wire going to the coil?? |

so thats 110% a it right there.then the duraspark plug factory plugs into the distrib, and coil.. i cant belive its that easy

There's not a lot to control electronically on a carb'ed motor.

Just one hot wire from ignition on is all it needs...
Don't forget your ground and tach wiring, those are useful  Same as an MSD box...
