I would say a 65mm would be sufficient for the mods you listed, a 70 will give you a little more up top, but low rpm performance may suffer a little too much to make it worth it.

As far as the nitrous shot goes, buy a kit that will let you start with a smaller shot, and take the time to learn how to tune it, making the most of the gain you see, and go up from there.

A well tuned 75 shot to start may be a bigger gain than a 125 shot that is too rich, giving you the same effect as a tuned 75.

agreed. a 65mm should be a great choice for the mods you listed. i would start small with the shot and work you way up to a 125. please tell me its a wet kit!?

Nitrous Express Kits are rated as gains to the tire, where as others are rated at the motor. My friend saw nice gains going to the Express.

why go smaller then what the inlet port on the intake is? i'd go with the 70mm to match it

i myself am wondering bout the throttle body. swaping my motor into a new car and noticed i only have a stock throttle body on my car but also have a bbk 70mm on the side. am i able to just swap that out? or is some sort of tuning involved?

just swap it out... there's not a big enough gain/difference to effect the tune.
