the rebuild
rebuilding my 89 5.0 motor.when i get it cleaned and honed at the machine shop, and start buying hard parts(rings, bearings, etc.) i should still be able to reuse my stock pistons shouldnt i?theyre in great shape.were is the best place to shop for internals? i would also like to add arp rod bolts(not the wave-loc)for durability.is it hard to do?

Depends if they just hone it. Being that its 20 years old you will probably have to bore it, but maybe not. Depending on what internals you need or want there are different ways to go. Check out FordStrokers.com 331-347-393-408-418-427 stroker kits and ford parts. he is a dealer for CHP and some others, like I said depends what you want from the car.
