Cat converters

Have you guys heard that you can make some serious dough off of your cats laying around? I heard that some place offer up to $60 per cat. I am going to ask around and see what i can get. I have 4 cats just laying around now after installing my new exhaust.

Yeah depending on how big they are and all. My brother used to take some to a scrap place and get about 30-40 a piece for them.

They buy them and pull some chemical or precious metal out of them. I used to sell every one I replaced when I turned wrenches for a living.

Platinum It the catylist, they mix it with the ceramic. Over time It burns out of the cat.

What was the most you ever got out of one? I already sold mine, so there is no trying to resell them, but next time i might shop around a bit more if i can get more than $30.
