Motor Swap

What's up guys? I have a question. I have been searching this forum and many others, including a couple google searches, and can't find the answer. I have a 84 mustang with a 2.3T in it. I am wanting to do a 5.0 swap down the road. I have seen alot of threads about putting 5.0's into 87-93 mustangs with the 2.3 but none with my year stang. I was wondering about wiring. Will my 4cyl. interior harness work with say a 90-93 5.0 engine harness and computer? I can't find anything about it. I know that the interior harness doesn't hook directly into the computer but some of the sensors connect. I need some help. Thanks guys. + reps for good info.

I say keep the turbo 2.3, and buy another 5.0

I see, well I don't know about the harness but I'm gonna say you will need one. You should look into finding a donor car for all the misc. pieces you will need.

I am going to try to, its just that its hard to find a 84 mustang with a 5.0 in it. I can find more 87-93 5.0's than any other. I a just wondering about putting the 2 different harness together and what I can keep and get rid of.
