rear seal in trans...

any idea how much it cost to buy the rear main bearings and seal for the tranny and the front half of the drive shaft that goes into the trans.....???

bearing wore out...shaft wore out from being loose...and now its leaking

want to try to get it done before i mess up the tail end of the trans...

most trans shops can replace the seal and bushing in the tailshaft. Cost is usually around 100-150 bucks. Invest in an aluminum driveshaft and you won't have this problem again.
