89 Mustang Brakes?

Hi guys, I have an 89 mustang. Now I was told it used to be a 4 banger and has had a 5.0 dropped in it. I am going to do the brakes on it and was wondering if when i go to get the rotors and they ask if i have a 2.3 or 5.0 if i should get the rotors for the 5.0? Is there a difference in the rotors or will they fit on either? Thanks for any help

The 5.0 rotors are 11" the 2.3's 10". You'll also need calipers and probably caliper brackets.

Measure your rotors drums and you will know for sure.

Not for sure

I was thinking that unless you changed the spindels you would have to stick with whatever you had. I did the switch, and I changed calipers, anti-sway bar, springs, rotors, and spindels. I am not sure if you can use larger rotors with the 4 cyl spindels??? But I am nor sure

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Not that we ever have that problem here
