PSI
How much PSI can I safely run through a stock 5.0 as long as its tuned correctly with fuel upgrade and whatnot.

I would guess the breaking limit is somewhere around 25-35 PSI based on the power produced.
of course more than 15 PSI is going to lift the heads and push the gaskets out...

with a set of afr studs and a nice gas kit you could do up to 20 i would not no past that and even thin that is not going to last long. so on the safe side 15 or 16

I understand the blocks crack around 450-500. I was just curious about forced induction. I'm looking to supercharge soon.
