wont run when put in drive

I have a 1992 mustang gt. I have had some problems with it recently. When the car is at idle, the car runs fine but when i put it in drive, the engine wants to shut off and has left me stranded on the side of the a few times. What should i start looking for. Ive replace sparplugs but what else should i start to replace? What sensors or MAF. It has new EGR and Throttle body as well as cold air intake.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

is 90 a MAF setup??

I would check your codes before you spend a bunch of money on parts you may not need.

It could be your TPS

TPS doesn't that make it idle up and down even in park...?

vacuum line misrouted or not connected.

Not always. Did you check you codes?

found out it was the fuel pump.

Was it not keeping up? Make sure it isn't your fuel pressure regulator.

Definitely go for the upgrade it is worth the extra money.

I have seen a lot of them suck the boot in and plug the pump. It just depends on their age and if they sat for a while with bad fuel or not.
But they usually just stop working all together.

I've heard cases where some people drive with low oil then drive and the motor gets beaten up so much to the point where it idles then when you put it in to drive it dies
