87 bronco issues

Ok so my other ride is a 87 bronco 5.0 it has some issues. If i am cursing along with a load on it when you let off the gas it will spuder and i push snow with it and when you get a heacy load on it too like you pulled the coil wires for a second. I put new wires cap rotor plugs and it still does it. Yesterday it did it and i mashed the gas and it almost died and the emission light came on and it started dinging like the door was open never heard that before? Could it be the throtle positing sensor or the egr valve? The pollution pump is not on it but haven had a problem untill now.

EGR could cause that or even something like a fuel filter. Can you read any codes?

I tried to pull code and got nothing there is no light on. It has a new fuel fillter on it as well. i can drive it at say 65mph and it is fine but 35-45 and it does it.
