Will a T-5 bolt up to a 289 motor in a 84 mustang??????

Unless it has the 5 bolt pattern then you will need an adapter.

while we are asking about the whole tranny fitting stuff

would a automatic transmission out of a late 70's early 80's F250 with a 460 big block fit on our 5.0 302's

im just wonderin because i think i could get it for free and then rebuild it a lil with a shift kit and stuff for my stang later down the road....and if it would fit what horespower do you think it would hold up to.......i think ill end up with a lil over 400 eventually

ok thanx.......i guess if i have to buy one on down the road ill probly just get another 5 speed that can hold up to more power
