TPS setting.....I hope?!?!?

So put a 70mm BBK TB on my mustang over the week and now it's all out of wack. The TB is the only thing that changed and I didnt at the time have the ability to check the voltage....
My Mustang is idling low about 500rpms and sometimes stalls also it has kind of a bogging feeling..

and lastly the TPS and how to set it sounds kind of weird to me. It almost feels like you can adjust it, but more/less just wiggle it around a very little bit...someone pleaseeeee clear this up for me......

you could ream one of the holes to get a little more adjustment you are going to need a voltmeter and back probe the wires to get it right

have you Reset the Base Idle?
