Universal Steering Shaft Adapter (FlamingRiver)

I have kit Manual Rack and pinion install! When very smooth and thats when I said.... naa something has to happen, well....

Has anyone had trouble fitting there adapter to the steering shaft... it seems like it is either a 1mm to small or the wrong one... but it looks like it should match up though.

I have tried, WD40, filing it, hammer it lightly.... anyone have and tips tricks!!! Pics coming soon!

What adapter are you talking of? If you are talking about the adapter to run the stock shaft with the Flaming rack. Then yes it is a pain in the ass to get to fit I had issues with mine I had to grind on it somewhere if I remember right but it has been years. Mine had directions with it and it said what you had to do. It pissed me off paid like $70 for the think then had to grind on it to make it fit
