Charging Issues
I recently bought a 1984 mustang lx with a 93 drive train. I am having issues charging my system. I have replaced the battery, alternator, regulator, cables and rewired everything that was going and coming to my alternator, starter and regulator. After performing all this work I noticed that my belt is slipping due to the previous owners removal of the ac condenser and pully without putting a dummy pully in its place. I have ordered a ac delete kit from summit and am waiting its arrival. The kit makes it possibly to move the power steering to where the ac was bolted. my concern is that i am going to have the same issue by moving the power steering up, it seems that i would only be moving the slack issue from one place to another. Does anyone have any suggestions as what might cure my slipping belt issue (i have tried smaller belts and they will not fit the one currently on there was living hell to get on and all it does once the car starts is slip...)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is my daily driver and my legs are getting tired of the 5 mile walk to work every morning.

Turned out the A/C delete kit and smog pump delete fixed my issue.
