87 light switch, blue/red wire is...?


Heya, sorry if I'm missing an easy search or info faq. Specific question that I'm not finding on the wiring diagram in my Chilton.

Main light switch on '87 gt. Blue/red wire coming in at top/right. What is it?

Best I can assume is something related to illumination. Found something that might have indicated a lead to the factory radio.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
