guys wanna start with the tranny. what do i need and how is it done to put a 4 speed toploader in a fox?

it is an old 4 speed trans that was optional in the small and big block mustangs.Its called the top loader for the way it gets assembled and disassembled.Will if you didnt know that you should be demoted to a newbie
