need help on trans

I have a 89gt with a 427storker with a tremic 5sp and a 373 gear. The motor has a 250 shot on it with a 10 point cage the rear is beefed up. I just wanted to know if I should go to a auto trans.

It is all preference man, but to be more consistent, then yes you should...You would need a nice stall converter and a transbrake to make it totally badass, but in my opinion, that is the best way to go.

I also was think of taking off the 250 and going with a blower if it don't break the 10s

how much HP do you have? You might be at a point where you should
get an auto definitely with a transbrake. You could get an AOD a C4 or im not sure if its too large a C6.I would get an auto with your setup it might make it easier to drive especially with nitrous

I have not had it dynoed because I just got it done in jan 07 but will and also headed to the track as soon as BRISTOL drag is open to the street fights.
