More power?

I just bought a 90 lx 5.0 and am looking for more power this is my first V8 car and never fooled with a carb either. This is what I have done so far 650 Holly carb ,eldebrock victor jr intake, msd distributor, after market plug wires, and a cam not sure what kind but know it is not stock and the motor is gear driven , dual flowmasters. I know I need aftermarket heads what kind are the best.

tfs track heats or afr 185s. If its a big cam u will need to do valves springs retainers and locks on the afrs but they do flow better #s from the factory because they are. cnc ported
