Valve Cover/Roller Rocker Question


When i get my trick flow heads, i will be gettin 1.6 roller rockers. Will i need to buy new valve covers or will the stock ones clear?

you will have to remove the baffle under the oilfill, or buy new ones

87-93 valve covers will work (depending on cam lift, rocker ratio and if you have stud girdles. 94-95 valve covers will not work but possibly will with modifications like JBIGBOOTSY said.

What do you mean crazy Spyder intake?!! I have one and love it.. Puts out good numbers and you dont have to remove the upper intake to work on anything.. Thats the one thing I have always hated about Mustangs..

A friend of mine has a Professional Products intake " I know they suck" and he has tall covers.. Are you just talkin about tall covers and stock intake?

or you can use an intake manifold spacer with the tall covers

Well like it was written b4 I think you have to use an intake spacer.. But that may give you hod clearance probs if you have a stock hood.
