Slightly Confused
I'm thinking about buying this 94 mustang from this guy and its really nice but when you drive it and get on it it doesnt want to go all the way to redline, it had the vortech supercharger kit on it before but the previous owner had taken off the blower housing and i think why its bogging out is because it still has the bigger injectors in it. Input anyone?

If it had a supercharger and now it doesn't and it's slow. . .there are so many possible answers that I don't think you can nail it down in a message board. You need to talk to the previous owner at great lengths and figure out everything he did, then undid.

well its not exactly slow, it just starts to kind of bog out around 5800 and doesnt want to go any higher in rpms.

But yeah, these things aren't VTEC, it's a 16 valve pushrod motor. They only have one power curve and whenever it dips, that's it. |
