Cam swap worth it?

I got 306CI
Forged pistons 9.6:1
Stage 1 ported World Windsor JR heads(up to 560 lift) W/1.6 rocker
AirGap Intake
650 Double pumper Car
Longtube 1''5/8
Exhaust 2.5''
3.55 Gear
T5 transmission

(this cam in my engine)
Hydrolic Roller Camshaft by compcams 35-440-8 or 281HR
281In 281Ex Duration
220In 220Ex Duration@50
512 Lift
110 LSA
2000-5500

I want to use this one and need advice if worth it:

Hydrolic Roller Camshaft by compcams 35-430-8 or 280HR
280In 280Ex Duration
224In 224Ex Duration@50
560 Lift
110 LSA
2500-6000

I don't think I would spend the time to change it. I know the lift is bigger with the second one, but the duration is almost the same. So much of the time is spent below the peak lift that with the same durations, I doubt it would make much difference.

Maybe if you were doing a lot of other work and already had the heads taken off, I would go for it, but I wouldn't set the time just to swap those two cams.
