I did that swap already so you will need the following,
clutch brake pedal assy
clutch cable
T5 trans and bellhousing
pilot bearing
flywheel
dowels
flywheel to crank bolts
pressure plate bolts
shifter
OPTIONAL
steel bearing retainer
three hook quadrant
firewall adj.

its fairly easy. you are also going to have to drill another for the speedo cable because the hole that its in is where the clutch cable needs to go through.chances are you are going to get a pedal assy. without stock quadrant so you will need an aftermarket quadrant and a aftermarket
clutch cable. you can check UPR products for that.I also recomend the MGW shifter there the best shifter out there.the rest is pretty much straightforward. I forgot to mention a clutch fork . there are a few good ideas you could follow ,one is to install a steel bearing retainer which
makes for a much smoother clutch action .the aluminum ones suck.
for strength you could get a rear main shaft support.

You'll still need most of that stuff, minus the clutch parts. The auto speedometer cable is routed differently, so you may need to get one of those.

oops you will need the following:
Aod
trans cooler lines
TV cable(not needed for manual valvebody)
remove pilot bearing
164t flexplate
torque converter
shifter&cable
dipstick tube&dipstick
bellhousing bolts
flexplate bolts
A/T pcm
brake pedal assy.
TV cable grommet(on TB)not necessary with manual valvebody
large trans cooler its a pretty easy conversion.
