Got the alum radiator and electric fan installed!
Anyone know how I should mount my overfill reservoir? It wont mount up to the radiator like it did the old one. I will have pics tomoorrow. thnx!

Here are pics, not the best pics, but pics.
![]() ![]() As you can see Ive got the reservior straped down with wire for the time being... I need your imput on what to do.. I know somebody has a aftermarket radiator and has done something.. is there a different reservoir I can buy that will go in? thnx guys.

Make a bracket for the top and bottom and screw it together to get it off the radiator. all you need is a u shaped bracket.

this is the only decent picture I could find of my set up.
(dont mind the old motor setup/gay chrome from previous owner) Mine is simply bolted to it, and a little glue I think my buddy put under there. just gotta be careful that if the fan whobbles or whatever it wont hit the bolt. ![]() btw, please at least wrap those wires with some electrical tape. I hate the look of loose wires in the engine bay

Yeah what size radiator is that? single core?
Allot of people with those flexalite and procomp 175's tend to mount it upside down so all the wiring is on the bottom and out of sight. Might be something to concider when you feel like screwing with it again. |
