What should i set my fuel pressure at?

What should my FP be set at for:

Stock bottom end 5.0
AFR 185 heads
TR Track heat intake
75mm TB w/ 30lb injectors
76 MM MAF for 30lb'ers
MSD 6al, Dizzy, and coil
LT Headers, full exhaust
Custom CAM
SCT Tune

Will i miss the tune up by installing and setting my fuel pressure regulator? Thanks

for some extra tuneability...this MF'n car is sensitive...they had some troubles tuning it right and couldnt get the fp to regulate correctly all the way thru the power band...picked up a kirban for cheap...i had hoped it would help dial it in more.. am i wrong in assuming this will help?

The fuel system is return style. There is no tuning involved with that. As long as the vac/boost line is attached to the regulator, the fuel pressure will be fine if there is enough pump capacity. If the pump is at max flow, adding an adjustable FPR will not solve the problem.

Sounds more like a fuel pump issue than a FRP. Like mentioned above, 39psi but if the pump can't provide that, your hooped.
