probably a 28 oz. your getter off with a tci rattler cuz the fluid can thicken
up and cause an imbalance

Your getter off WHAT? Just want to know what balancer we should go with as my buddies new 347 street fighter shakes like a chevy at high RPM's. Pretty sure its the dampner as RPMs not speed is what makes it quake. And the damper looks cracked up.

If the engine has a vibration problem he better pull it out and check the rod and main bearings for damage. An out of balance engine will damage bearings quickly. Was the assembly balanced when it was built? Are the balancer and flexplate/flywheel imbalances matched?
