Those injectors may be over kill, but they aren't going to hurt anything.

One of the smaller Trick Flow cams would work great.

the stage 1 will work with it's tighter c/l and more lift on the exhaust
I believe lift is 4.98-512 off the top of my head

I had an "E" cam for years and really liked it. Not to crazy for street driving and worked well with a blower and N20

The b cam is a flop. The E or F cam would be a better choice. Honestly the Ford cams are way out dated and old technology. There are much better options out there.

My B303 runs extremely smooth. Gas mileage is excellent as well.

Smooth is one thing. Making power is another thing. A stock cam runs smooth too. The B cam is a 20 year old design that is very inefficient.

I have a Crane Cam in my 5.0 and im very impressed with the performance. It sounds nice and has a range from 2200RPM to about 6000 RPM. If I were you I'd go with a Crane

Agreed, a lot of people buy the B-cams just for the Idle. They have a really tight powerband (about 4000-6000) and it makes your car feel like a 2 stroke dirtbike, if youve ever ridden one.

The trickflow stage 1 is your best bet.
