Nuetral Safety Switch and Turn signal question

Which of these is the nuetral safety switch needed for a AOD to T5 swap?
PartsTrain.com - Hard to Find Auto Parts and Truck Parts ch/FORD/MUSTANG

Also My turn signals have been pretty screwy lately. Sometimes they don't want to turn on, or they stick (where the light stays on but doesn't blink, its solid light a headlight) and now they blink very lightly. DO I need a new switch or is it something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated

This might help a bit with the diagnosis, the hazards still work but the blinkers are MIA.

Your link doesn't show anything but the home page. Switch your hazard signal unit and the turn signal unit to see if it is the fault.
