Im want to lower my 94 mustang GT. How much should i lower it and whats the biggest tire/rim size i can fit under the fenders? If i lower it at what point will i have to worry about tire rub?

Well lower, from what I heard if you got over 2 or over inch lower, you'll need a c/c plate to set properly.
As for tire size, I got a 94 GT as well, I got 245/45/17's up front and 315/35/17's on rear. Watch out when you pack 3 people on back if your going to lower it tough. But those size works fine for me. You can go 2/75/40/17's on back as well too, I had that before.
NOTE** If your gonna do 315's on back, you will have to remove you quad shock, and get some Upper and Lower control amr, (Tublar is best), but I got a set of BBK works fine as well.

Anything more than 1 1/2" and you will definately need CC plates. For rim size it really matters what you want, you can fit pretty much anything with the right backspacing. I have 18x9s w/ 265/35s front and 18x10s w/ 295/35s in the rear.
