What do you think of this Mustang

This guy has been trying to sell this car for a while now, Here are a couple links, one with the mod list and the other with some pics. What would you offer, or stay clear of it?

Who built the engine? All forged internals? Who balanced it? What block is it? Cheap heads. What cam is in it? Do the springs match the cam? What lifters? Was the rocker geometry set up right? 331 because 347's burn oil? Who built the rear end? Ugly color, ugly rims.

That exactly what I was thinking, I am sure the seller doesn't even know the answers to those questions. Now If it had trickflow heads, and I knew the cam, and had receipts to prove all this then maybe i'd make a low offer...

sexy color and car, but crappy heads, no overdrive, no numbers from it being tuned, meh.

Go buy a stock mustang for $1,500. Thats what i did at least you know that last one to touch the motor was Ford Motor Company. LOL

love the color but the wheels are ugly and there are alot of low end parts on it. not a good investment IMHO

You guys are haters, that is a decent list of stuff with the exception of the heads (although some people do have luck with those heads after some work and assembled with some care). Sure, the build quality is unknown but that goes for any car you did not have direct involvement with, it doesn't automatically mean it is junk. I do think it is way overpriced. he says firm but I'm sure it will drop.
There are a few on CL in my area that are "firm" and way too high, every other month the price drops another couple hundred.

the heads are the only thing that gets me, but if it really is a 331 and the body is straight and good paint I think 4500-5000 would be a good price. He used to have welds on there but they got sold off the car and he got those for it. He originally wanted like 8500

... idk. If it were a notch (What I wanted) i'd have to look at it....
