Timing Question
When the timing plug(for lack of a better term) is out my timing is set to 16*.When i put the plug back in the cars timing is 24*. When i rev the car the timing never really changes. It seems to stay at 22-24*. Should the timing ajust accordingly. Is this a problem? If so any tips whats causing this? Thanks

Should the timing adjust, or should it stay the same? I thought it should adjust with rpm(advance/retard).It never really moves at all even when i rev the car way up.
