While i got the motor out im goin to replace the clutch. Any suggestions on a good street/strip clutch n the $200-$300 range.

If u haven't bought a clutch yet, I would suggest a act clutch, I put the stage 1 act clutch in my car and it grabs strong even when I'm spraying it, the rating was like 450tq, I think I paid like 300, I can't remember

Been so long since I have had a stock clutch, I'm not sure I can remember how stiff/easy they are. But I would have to say YES, my wife has issues with it, but I guess I'm just used to it. Or maybe she's just a weakling, lol.
